  • 500g chicken (bone-in or boneless, as per preference)

  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • For the Curry:

  • 2 tablespoons oil (vegetable or ghee)

Instructions:

Step 1: Marinate the Chicken

  1. In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, RedCook Turmeric Powder, RedCook Red Chili Powder, RedCook Coriander Powder, and salt.
